Hello everyone, this is the first post on my new blog. On my blog I want to focus more on small details that eventually create a whole image of the person’s style. There was a time when people had a small closet with small choice of additional things and because of that it was harder for people to shoe their own style that could differ from others. Time has change, but sometimes people don’t know how apply some detail in their outfits or add them too much. My blog might be helpful for some people to understand better how to create their own looks just by adding some small stuff. These details might be clothing, accessories, hairstyle and even makeup. Since I am international student, I also would like to include in my blogs some comparisons of an American and Russian styles and trends. If you are interested in small details that make overall look and would find fascinating to learn more about other cultures styles, this blog is for you!
Every person has a desire to look good and feel accepted in society. Through the time people took to fashion in a big way. We started experiment different looks and textures. The word fashion might bring completely different thoughts for different individuals. I find fashion increasingly important part of our lives because through fashion people can express themselves. I personally pay a lot of attention to garments and accessories that persons wear because it says a lot about people’s personalities. Moreover, you can identify their lifestyle, religion, and profession.
It is interesting for me to learn and write about my observations on some famous people as an example of how details might change whole look. I hope some people will find it interesting too and will subscribe and follow my blogs!
The coronavirus epidemic is changing people’s habits, including the way individuals dress. In conditions of self-isolation, people get used to comfortable and cozy outfits. However, it is possible that after the removal of restrictive measures many people will want to wear their best elegant dresses, suits, jackets, or other parts of fashion details that were waiting in everyone’s wardrobes during quarantine time.
Homestyle does not contradict stylish trends and was popular before the virus spread. However, because of quarantine people who usually would prefer to wear something outré and fashionable might start thinking about pajamas and comfortable clothes more seriously.
The fashion Instagram influencer Elisabeth Savetsky is a good example of how the pandemic virus changed the fashion influencer’s accounts. If before she would post pictures in elegant stunning outfits now in quarantine times, she began to prefer more comfortable and simple clothes. In her conversation with the news website, The Verge Savetsky said, “I’ve been posting on Instagram for about seven years now, and so it’s nice to almost have this challenge that’s forcing me outside the box because we all tend to get into these habits of doing the same thing over and over again, shooting on the same street corner always, and we can’t do that anymore.”
1. Before Covid-19 2. During Covid-19
Even some online clothes stores used the quarantine as a chance to promote comfortable and cozy looks by putting them on the main page of the web site. Some brands name their new collections as “Virtual Party Hits” or “At home, Gym Fit” to appeal more attention for that collection.
1. Forever 21 2. ASOS
Obviously, online stores became more popular during coronavirus time because now every person has much more free time, and searching for new outfits helps people not to be so depressed and prepare themselves mentally for a time after the quarantine. “I find myself shopping more, looking at clothes more, and that’s mainly due to the downtime. I wouldn’t normally have this much time,” said Eric Gehman, 25, who works in risk reporting at a bank in Elkton, Md. and is now working remotely (The Wall Street Journal). However, many people are also concerned about catching the virus along with their new packages.
During quarantine time people also got a lot of time to think about some serious problems we have in our world. This issue is about ecology and how society misuses natural resources. Due to this time for thinking some people came to the conclusion of conscious consumption. This might become a key factor when choosing clothes.
Indian fashion designer Rahul Mishra shared his opinion about it on HindustanTimes. He said, “… During the lockdown, people are learning the importance of resources and must learn to use them more wisely. This shall initiate an inclination towards garments that have more longevity and creative and emotional value; so to speak, the consumer may learn the relevance of mindful, slow fashion goods created with authentic craft techniques by humans and not machines.”
It is also possible that already existing organic clothing brands such as Thought, Pact, Shift to Nature, or Kowtow will become more popular because of COVID-19.
Pact Online store
Of course, forced quarantine pause had a big impact on the global economy in total. The fashion industry plays an important role in its development, for example, many fashion houses that do not sell online will leave the market, small brands will also not withstand the blow, despite the uninterrupted attempts of online service and the implementation of promotional offers. Probably only the most persistent and flexible brands and companies will remain.
It is possible that the mask might become a trendy accessory because for now every person needs a mask to go outside and some people try to be creative with it. Although it is possible that after the end of quarantine, many will want to quickly forget about them.

Moreover, nowadays, bridal industry can offer plenty of different styles of dresses that will make the women look stunning on the wedding.

Because of the situation with coronavirus, everyone is forced to be quarantined: kindergartens are closed, schools and universities are transferred to distance learning, office workers are transferred to remote working. Although mass events have been canceled, and it’s better not to go outside without need, such isolation has its advantages. For example, it might be a good opportunity for people to create their own pieces of fashion and prepare themselves for the time after quarantine.
Sadly, crocheted clothes are rarely used in everyday clothes. Maybe because of the risk of looking like a museum exhibit or even worse, as a member of a folklore ensemble who escaped from rehearsal. However, everyone can create their perfect and stylish top, especially with this bunch of times.
“Fashion is part of the daily air and it changes all the time, with all the events. You can even see the approaching of a revolution in clothes. You can see and feel everything in clothes.”
– Diana Vreeland
The new season of fashion begins with new takes on patterns, colors, and textures. With the quarantine, everyone gets a chance to practice their most bright and risky looks. Take a try to combine makeup and clothes with your favorite color.
Now it is time to add some accessories to your hand made outfits. Fashion is changeable and consistent at the same time. Some fashionable trends pass into the category of “timeless” and classics and narrow glasses from the 90s returned and again claim to be the must-have of the spring-summer wardrobe.
As well as narrow glasses, hoop earrings never left and might be combined with any bright look.
A color that became gender-neutral but not visually neutral. Pink has definitely become a bright trend of this season.
A pink coat blend perfectly with dark accessories and a gray fitted dress.

Losses of billions and uncertainty: how the coronavirus affected the fashion industry two months later.
A month ago, the fashion industry treated the outbreak of coronavirus with caution, but without obvious fear, now that the epidemic has spread across all continents, it has become impossible to ignore it. The epidemic caused by the 2019-nCoV virus flared up in late December in Wuhan, China. The largest textile manufacturing facilities are concentrated in China, while the Chinese audience accounts for almost a third of all consumers of fashion goods.
A month ago, analysts were in no hurry with unambiguous and serious forecasts, and fashion brands, although they closed stores in China and complained about a decrease in the flow of Chinese tourists in other countries, still believed that there would hardly be a noticeable decline in sales. But by March 2020, the coronavirus made its own adjustments.
Due to the spread of coronavirus in many regions of China, quarantine was introduced, people were forbidden to leave their homes, and factories stopped working. Experts immediately began to say that this would affect the global economy: in particular, fashion brands were predicted to delay deliveries, because in China there are textile factories that place orders for dozens of brands such as, H&M, Uniqlo, Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger.
The impact of the epidemic is confirmed by impressive numbers: according to a recent UN report, the world industry has already lost $ 50 billion due to the suspension of factories in China and delays in supply, of which $ 1.5 billion falls on the textile industry. The only production that did not suffer was the sewing production of medical protective clothing.
Because of the epidemic, brands have to close their stores in China. Burberry closed about one-third of all its outlets in the country. Capri, which owns Michael Kors, Versace and Jimmy Choo, has closed 150 of 225 stores in China and reports a loss of $ 100 million in connection with this. Tapestry (owner of Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman) expects a loss of $ 250 million this quarter. The Ralph Lauren brand also had to close two-thirds of Chinese stores. In the Bridget Foley’s Diary: Conversations on COVID-19 Michael Kors shared his thoughts, “I hope that all of my family, my Michael Kors family, realizes we’re all in this together and we’re going to sort through it and try to figure out how to get to the other side.”
However, this is only the beginning: the fashion market will lose much more. A joint study by Bernstein and the Boston Consulting Group, for which they interviewed representatives of luxury brands, shows that the estimated losses in the premium goods sector will be from € 30 to € 40 billion – so many brands will be underserved due to lack of demand from Chinese buyers. This is affected by the physical inaccessibility of goods (the Chinese are forbidden to leave their homes and go abroad, and in Europe, it was tourists from China who became the main visitors to fashion stores), and the emotional state of potential luxury buyers – the anxiety caused by the epidemic negatively affects the desire to purchase a new one a bag or a pair of shoes.
With the development of the global epidemic, fashion weeks were held in New York, London, Milan, and Paris. Planned in advance, these key industry events have not yet had time to experience the full impact of the coronavirus. However, despite the inertness of large fashion brands, some managed to react, for example, the Giorgio Armani show in Milan was held behind closed doors and without guests – instead of a personal visit, they were invited to watch the live broadcast of the show. With this measure, Giorgio Armani wanted not only to protect the health of the fashionable public but also to express solidarity with those who had already become infected with coronavirus: Italy was the first European country to spread the infection.
Designer Giorgio Armani prepares for his show in Milan
“Many influential figures and fashion designers are coming together to raise funds to combat COVID-19’s global spread, many of whom are donating money or resources to Italian hospitals and institutions” (Layla Ilchi, How the Coronavirus Is Impacting the Fashion, Beauty and Retail Industries.” Some designers are inclined to take bold and decisive steps: for example, Dolce & Gabbana as well as many other designers, sponsor the development of a vaccine against coronavirus and studies of the immune system, which are conducted at the Italian University of Humanitas University.
Another try to prevent the virus was attempted by designer from China. He came up with a shield that can protect his carrier from the virus.
Chinese architect, designer and co-founder of Penda Design Studio, Song Dion has developed a concept for a device that protects its carrier from coronavirus or other airborne infections.
The crisis will someday end – the restoration of demand, the restoration of business and the emergence of a new one will begin. And those who can get together today and take the right steps, shrink, but keep the business, will get good chances to get back into the business. And those who can “glimpse” the future and catch a new reality among the first to become real industry leaders.
In today’s society, fashion is very important to every person because through fashion people can make a statement of who they are. People are judged by what they are wearing and how they style their clothes. However, do people have their own style that might depict their personalities, or every person just gather some fashion styles from celebrities and tv shows that they might see every day on tv or media platforms? The show Keeping Up with the Kardashians changed fashion in society and still is the most influential tv show that demonstrates to what extent fashion is important for society.
The point of Keeping up with the Kardashian’s show is to demonstrate the ordinary life of usual people (how it was at the beginning). For now, there is a bunch of seasons and the whole family became relatively more popular from the first season to now. In the show, all members of their family have their images and unique styles, so the audience might follow whatever they want.
The youngest sister who is also the most famous and successful among the whole family Kylie Jenner is a good example of how physical appearance and style play the most important role in being successful. The writer Helen Warner gives an example of star Sarah Jessica Parker, she says, “As such, Parker’s image pivots on not only the understanding that hard work and talent can be converted into success but also the notion that physical appearance and dress can be a key determinant in this process” (Fashion on Television: Identity and Celebrity Culture, 112 p). Kylie, as well as Jessica Parker, is a good example because people who watched their show from the beginning know that Kylie doesn’t have any stunning talents and she became more popular after she changed her appearance with plastic surgeries and becoming more fashionable.
However, Kylie might be considered a fashion icon because she has a good style and a lot of people like how she dresses. Many young people see her in the show and want to look like her and accordingly buy the same clothes or other fashion details in seeking success.
Warner argues, “The star provides a moment when meanings are temporarily stabilized. They function as tastemakers, reinforcing boundaries of class identities so that meaning can be made (and remade)” (112 p). Kardashians serve as tastemakers even not only for ordinary people some designers sometimes inspire by this family’s style. Many designers use Kardashians for promoting their fashion because people watch their tv show for many years, they have trusted for their taste in fashion thereby, the audience might keep following Kardashian’s fashion even if they don’t like it anymore.
Politics has a very strong influence on fashion. Russian political fashion has changed dramatically over the time and strongly influenced cultural development of the population. Let’s delve a little more into Soviet Union and Russian political fashion history that differs a lot from the other countries.
Today, there is an opinion that in the past the Soviet leadership dictated fashion for ordinary citizens whereas the Russian – for the elite. Many think that according to the style of clothing prevailing among the political elite, it is possible to recognize the political and economic situation in the country. In the West, corporate style exists as a kind of constant that does not obey any fashion trends for the past 50-60 years. This testifies to the constancy and stability of political and economic institutions.
In magazines and books devoted to the history of the USSR, it is possible to find photos that demonstrate meetings between Western and Soviet delegations. In such photos, the contrast between the styles of clothing of the two delegations is striking. The Soviet leadership was usually dressed in wide Oxford trousers, baggy double-breasted jackets with huge padded shoulders. As for Americans they were dressed out of time – looking like they were ready to run for the President.
1945 years
On the picture above are depicted Soviet politician Joseph Stalin (first from the left) and 33rd U.S. President Harry S. Truman (in the middle). The difference in the two leader’s outfits is very noticeable. For Soviet Union leader’s it was important to have shoulder straps and some other symbols that differ the country’s leaders from others.
Perhaps there is no country in which the fashion of the twentieth century developed in such abnormal conditions, which had to develop in the USSR. The Soviet leadership tried to use this area of public life for its own ideological purposes, which left a certain imprint on the cultural development of the population.
A distinctive feature of the style of the Soviet leadership was that almost every time the country’s leader changed, the fashion in the country changed.
Lenin’s cap
Former Premier of the Soviet Union
Despite his noble origin, Vladimir Lenin dressed like a proletarian. A dark jacket in a simple style, a vest, and a cap that became a symbol of the victory of the Bolsheviks. Following the leader of the proletariat, the entire elite began to wear such caps. It seemed that the fashion for caps died with Lenin. However, it came back to Russian fashion recently but without any new or old subtext or meaning.
Stalin and his french jacket
Former Premier of the Soviet Union
After replacing Lenin, Stalin also changed the political fashion in the country. Caps with a star were replaced by Lenin’s caps. It is said that Joseph Stalin wore his caps with extreme care and as they wore out, designers were making a new one for him. Stalin also introduced the fashion for English French. High leather boots and a military jacket became almost the uniform of the political bosses of that time, especially during the Eastern Front.
Khrushchev’s thaw
Former Premier of the Soviet Union
During the alleviation of the regime of certain political freedoms which calls the Khrushchev’s thaw, the life of the country has changed significantly as well as the style of the country. Civilian suits were back in fashion They were a bit baggy, with huge overhead shoulders. Khrushchev also introduced the fashion for hats (felt hats in winter and straw hats in summer), which disappeared only in the late 80’s. The last leader of the country who wore hats was Mikhail Gorbachev.
Leonid Brezhnev
Former General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the USSR
Leonid Brezhnev was conservative, which distinguished him from all his predecessors. Brezhnev did not change his habits and never pursued fashion trends. The politician’s jackets always had three or four buttons, and not a button less. Brezhnev was the first leader of the country who wore sunglasses. Moreover, he was first Soviet politician who started wearing informal clothes.
Michail Gorbachev and his wife
Former President of the Soviet Union
The wife of the first Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev, Raisa, was distinguished by her love of fashionable things. She became one of the first style icons for women in the USSR and made a certain revolution in the Russian fashion of her time. She was buying clothes in the best fashion houses in Paris, Milan and New York.
Mikhail Gorbachev himself was less demanding. He preferred clothes of native production and due to high-quality fabrics, he always looked elegant. A distinctive element of his wardrobe was a hat made of seal fur (picture above).
Yeltsin in a tuxedo
Former Russian President
Boris Yeltsin, like his predecessor, at the beginning of his reign preferred native costumes. Yeltsin is the first Soviet and then Russian politician to wear a tuxedo. This happened in 1994, at a meeting with the English Queen in the Kremlin.
Vladimir Putin
Russian President
Today, Putin is probably one of the most stylish politicians not only in Russia, but also in the West. His single-breasted jackets from Brioni are considered the official costume supplier in the Kremlin. Putin’s costumes are democratic and casual.
the President’s clothes always comply with Protocol. At informal events, Putin often appears in black turtlenecks and pilot jackets. His noticeable fashion detail is the watch on his right hand. Many politicians have already followed his politician fashion.
Inna’s Journal brings the latest fashion accessories from Rutgers students and how they wearing them on a daily basis. Basic, comfortable but bright. That’s all about Rutgers student’s choice in accessories.
Despite the simplicity in student’s selection of additional things to their overall look some of them demonstrate a special style. From Livingston campus to College ave, Rutgers students show their real-life accessories fashion.
1.Tomboy style
A black leather baseball cap might be a good choice for various reasons. It might be applied as protection against weather conditions, has religious reasons, or be as a fashion addition to the outfit. This basic cap in dark color also goes well with any other accessories.
In the pictures above, the student chooses to combine this baseball cap with a flat silver chain and small huggie earings. The student also wears a black backpack that matches with a leather cap. These all accessories together make the tomboy style.
2. Girl Next Door
Pink blouse and big scrunchie hair tie with bow detail in pink make this look sweet and girlie. However, the flashy part of this look is vintage glasses.
This type of glasses will look stylish with any sweater or other type of knitted clothes because these glasses make every outfit look cozy and soft. Though, the student’s choice of the pink blouse and all other accessories tastefully selected.
3. Sportswear
Leggings, sports shoes, and handmade anklets. It is what student-athletes like to wear every day. On the picture below, the student has two different types of handmade anklets; the classic tiny bracelet and the thick flat with ornament.
Ankle bracelets are not a universally popular accessory but it seems popular among Rutgers athletes because it’s very easy to wear and students should never be worried about losing them during the practice because it is going to be on their ankles forever.
4. Hoop Earings or the Accessory That Anyone Can Wear
Hoop earrings in various styles and sizes seem popular among any age group of people. It is not only stylish and elegant it also has a cultural story and it was considered as cultural appropriation for a long time. However, these days anyone can add this type of earings to their outfits and have different purposes for wearing them.
The student on the picture above is wearing big gold hoop earrings with geometric patterns. Her outfit looks simple but these earings make it more interesting.
I grew up in Claremont & wore hoops in the 70s. Who knew that I was appropriating ghetto fashion that didn't yet exist.. smh
Bandanas are great for every occasion. Athletes events, party wear, camps, or every day wearing are all cases when people can use this accessory.
Above, a student combines her pink bandana with a denim jacket and even though this bandana looks informal, the overall look is complete and stylish.
6. Simple but charming
It turned to be noticeable that Rutgers students like to add personalized letter initial necklace to their daily basis outfits. It looks simple but charming and it also makes every look more interesting and memorable.
The student above wearing gold necklace with the S letter that is the first letter of Sarah’s name. This necklace is light and girlie and combines good with the knitted red sweater.
7. Artsy backpacks are for sunny days
Bright and bold colors in accessories are seen on Rutgers streets a lot. Rutgers students are not afraid to wear bright colors even in school days.
Adding some other details to their accessories such as monkey toy on the picture above make their accessory even more unforgettable. She is wearing this backpack with light brown long length coat and.
8. Comfort is the preference
Comfortable things usually look very cozy and this student proved it. The Victoria Secret furry bag looks very soft and it would look well with any type of streetwear or sportwear clothes.
The big bags like this one on the picture might be very useful for students when they need to carry a lot of textbooks or some other stuff that takes a lot of space and can’t be fitted in small bags or backpacks.
9. JEWELRY WITH MEMORY AND MEANING
Heart-shape necklace is also popular accessory among Rutgers students. Especially as a memorable gift that individuals can wear every day.
It looks appropriate with every type of outfit because this necklace is going to catch everyone’s attention.
10. basic accessories for athletes
Above, student-athlete wearing wide jersey headband in black, small hoop ring in her nose, and tiny classic earring.
For athletes it is hard to find some accessories that will not bother players during workouts. So, this student’s example demonstrates what kind of accessories athletes and people who has active lifestyle are allowed and comfortable to wear.
11. Ready for studying
Students know that being comfortable in their clothes is important especially when they have bunch of homework or some school project for which they should spend a long time.
These basic and simple earrings in three different sizes and the sly daredevil shape glasses on the picture make this girl look not that basic how it would look without any accessories.
12. Don’t forget hand-accessories
Trending fashion accessories for hands are countless. Fashionable hand accessories have become quite a rage for women across the world.
On the picture above student has bracelet in silver tone and leather wallet in black color. This is must have accessory in your closet and on the Rutgers streets you can find a lot of people that don’t forget to wear them.
It might be complicated to choose only 5 style icons because there are plenty of individuals who demonstrate their original and fabulous styles. The blog’s theme is complete women’s outfits hence, in this blog are some celebrities that show their outfits with a large number of accessories will be demonstrated in this blog.
People always look at celebrity’s styles because we all want to follow new trends and the best way to do that is observation. Famous people have a responsibility to follow new trends and look good every day so, they give us a lot of examples of how to match different pieces of clothes and look fashionable.
For this blog, the main goal was to choose 5 celebrities that show a beautiful style and outfits that usual people might repeat.
Zoey Deutch
American actress and producer Zoey Deutch knows how to impress people with her looks. She proved herself as a person that might look different for different occasions. She also completes her looks with some accessories such as big white earrings that matching with the long-length dress (picture 3) that she was wearing for 2018 Met Gala or little bag that matches with the color of her shoes (picture 2).
Zoey Deutch might be a fashion icon because she is getting more popular with her looks and catch the eye when she is on a red carpet.
Bella Hadid
Bella Hadid is a well-known model. Besides her stunning looks on different occasions, she is also popular for her casual outfits that look always complete and wearable. Bella likes to add some accessories to her outfits such as sunglasses or necklaces.
Her style is very distinctive and every person can try to imitate some of her looks. Any person can do that if he/she still didn’t define his/her own style but want to look stylish.

Naomi Campbell
Naomi Campbell is undoubtedly the most iconic person in the fashion field. She influenced many designers with her own unique style. Even though she was most popular with her style in the 90s, Many believe that this style is coming back to 2020 and many would agree looking at pictures of Naomi’s best looks from the 90s.
The pink dress on the second picture looks perfect on her and the big cross necklace makes this look even more romantic and soft.
Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez has been style idol for many people since back in her Wizards of Waverly Place days. Her style always is transformed. She might be a romantic sweet girl (picture 2) or elegant businesswoman (picture 3).
Her looks always look completed by some cardigan, glasses, or hat. Her style is also easy for wearing every day and looking stylish.
Another fashion week has happened and it brought some new trends in the fashion world. Autumn/winter 2020 season has shown plenty of memorable styles and themes that made me question myself “What people are going to wear this year?”. If you are also willing to find out it just keep reading my blog.
Fashion is a trend that keeps changing every day. Designers set the trends on fashion week runways with their new ideas or just change the way they see that is already there. Some parts of fashion that become the most impressive or discussed among people might turn into new trends.
CUTOUTS
1. Khaite 2. Monse 3. Brandon Maxwell 4. Area Fall collection
Even though it is a winter/autumn collections designers want to show some skin. They showed cutouts in different ways. Some of them little as a example an Area Fall collection or the big ones as other examples on the picture. Cutouts of a variety of geometric shapes has become a new 2020 trend that aimed to show some skin off for this winter.
I believe that also every person would agree that cutouts on hips make the body look different and attractive. Thus, it is not only has a purpose to show off some naked body but also make the person’s hips look bigger and accordingly more attractive.
The knitted clothes always are going to be the trend of the winter and autumn season. Being comfortable and warm not only two things why people love knitted clothes but any type of knitwear also might look stylishly. Most of the knitwear on NYFW 2020 was showed in deep green, grey, and mid umber colors and usually, these colors relate to the pre-fall season.
Ponchos
1. Palm Angels 2. Carolina Herrera 3. Rag and Bone 4. Zimmermann
Oversized and floor-length ponchos became a trend after the NYFW. Designers demonstrated variety of ponchos on their runways. From knitted poncho from Zimmermann to coral elegant poncho coat from Carolina Herrera. If you are tired of basic coats and jackets, ponchos might be a decent replacement for it.
Floral Prints
1. Brock Collection 2. Tory Burch 3. Rag and Bone 4. Tory Burch
Floral prints are considered to be summer trends but after this fashion week, we can say that this autumn people are going to wear clothes with floral prints for sure. Designers even demonstrated these floral print in different styles and themes as we can see Rag and Bone even showed it in modern grunge style.
For my second fashion week review, I chose Michael Kor’s fall/winter 2020-2021 show that also happened on February 12. I liked the show and the style that was demonstrated by Michael Kors. However, one of the biggest minuses was the music that I think didn’t fit the general theme of the runway.
I believe the main theme of this collection is an elegant collection in dark and soft colors. I also think that the designer tried to shift a little from the complete New York business style and I was able to imagine myself walking on London’s streets or even some places with nature and wearing some of the showed clothes.
The comfort, softness, and warmth are three main words that can perfectly describe this show. Midi skirts and knitted oversized sweaters, boxy pantsuits, warm color palette, but only occasionally flashing models in red and orange color, wide and long scarves and high boots that’s all about Michael Kors fall/winter collection.
Focusing on outerwear and knitwear, the designer showed that classic and sporty style are timeless trends, and fashion can be both cozy and comfortable. It seems that
Michael Kors doesn’t like to risk in his fashion shows because most of his collections look basic in a fancy way. So, I guess it shows the designer’s overall style through his old collections and his style is something wearable that most people would choose, nothing extraordinary.
I don’t think that this collection revealed something completely new and surprising because how I said before the designer didn’t risk with colors, shapes, or with fabrics. However, the idea of making clothes more rural rather than urban even though it NY fashion week makes this overall clothes style more unique.
