For my second fashion week review, I chose Michael Kor’s fall/winter 2020-2021 show that also happened on February 12. I liked the show and the style that was demonstrated by Michael Kors. However, one of the biggest minuses was the music that I think didn’t fit the general theme of the runway.
I believe the main theme of this collection is an elegant collection in dark and soft colors. I also think that the designer tried to shift a little from the complete New York business style and I was able to imagine myself walking on London’s streets or even some places with nature and wearing some of the showed clothes.
The comfort, softness, and warmth are three main words that can perfectly describe this show. Midi skirts and knitted oversized sweaters, boxy pantsuits, warm color palette, but only occasionally flashing models in red and orange color, wide and long scarves and high boots that’s all about Michael Kors fall/winter collection.

Focusing on outerwear and knitwear, the designer showed that classic and sporty style are timeless trends, and fashion can be both cozy and comfortable. It seems that
Michael Kors doesn’t like to risk in his fashion shows because most of his collections look basic in a fancy way. So, I guess it shows the designer’s overall style through his old collections and his style is something wearable that most people would choose, nothing extraordinary.
I don’t think that this collection revealed something completely new and surprising because how I said before the designer didn’t risk with colors, shapes, or with fabrics. However, the idea of making clothes more rural rather than urban even though it NY fashion week makes this overall clothes style more unique.
